When used and maintained in normal household use and in accordance with the provided Owner’s Manual, your Oxygen Management Systems, LLC (hereafter called OMS) device is warranted against original defects in material and workmanship for a full 3 year period from date of purchase from OMS. During the Warranty Period, OMS will provide labor and parts, at no cost to you, to correct any such defect in product purchased in the United States, or they will replace with a new product at their discretion. OMS will not be responsible for any shipping costs to return or deliver product. User assumes all responsibility for all shipping costs associated with any warranty claim.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If this product is not as warranted, call (918) 943-3513 and notify a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will issue a Return Authorization to the claimant and will give further return instructions.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This Warranty does not cover use of the product in a commercial operation, improper maintenance of the product, damage due to misuse, acts of God, nature, vandalism or other acts beyond the control of OMS, owner’s acts or omissions, use outside the country in which the product was initially purchased and resales of the product by the original owner. This warranty does not cover replacement of batteries. This warranty does not cover pick up, delivery, transportation or house calls. The Warranty period will not be extended by any replacement or repair performed under this warranty.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
IN NO EVENT WILL OMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE TO OWNER OR ANY PARTY CLAIMING THROUGH OWNER, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT OR STRICT PRODUCTS LIABILITY OR ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
By purchasing a product from Oxygen Management Systems, LLC, buyer agrees to: Assume ANY and ALL RISKS of INJURY OR DEATH resulting from use of the product, WAIVE, RELEASE, and NOT SUE, MAKE ANY CLAIMS OR FILE ANY ACTIONS against Oxygen Management Systems, LLC or any other owner or operator of businesses offering products through this website, or any one of the aforementioned entities and each of their insurance carriers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, members, representatives, assignees, employees, volunteers and agents, as well as any manufacturers and distributors (hereinafter the “Indemnified Parties” collectively, the “Indemnified Party” individually) that are based on, arise or result from, in whole or in part, use of the product, and INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES HARMLESS, from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to participation in any activity and any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by buyer or assignee, or caused to others or their property by buyer or assignee. Buyer also agrees to pay all costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, incurred by any Indemnified Party in defending an investigation, claim or suit brought by or on behalf of Buyer or assignee.

Oxygen Management Systems, LLC, hereafter called OMS, offers a 30 day money back guarantee. Your 30 days begin from the date of your original purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund of your purchase price EXCLUDING shipping. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item to OMS. OMS will refund the full purchase price of the item, including sales tax, if any tax was charged at the time of purchase. The item must be returned in like new condition. Any damages to the product will void this offer. Before returning the item, you must call OMS at (918) 943-3513 to receive a Return Authorization. Failure to do this will void this offer.
Due to high shipping costs, we believe it is more economical for our customers to order their containers through suppliers like WalMart, Uline, etc. We recommend using 13 gallon/50L size containers.
